Preparatory Work on the Ware Campus Project to begin Monday 2nd June
by Adam Udall - Tuesday, 27 May 2014, 09:51 AM

Starting immediately after half term, the work will involve stripping out and preparing for the demolition of H Block and S block at the rear of the campus.

The contractor, Farrans Construction, will be setting up their site compound adjacent to the front entrance of H Block and the work is estimated to take around five weeks

  • A number of the car parking spaces around H Block will be unavailable for a while - most will remain in use.
  • The current traffic exit of the college on Walton Road will be used as an entry point for site traffic, so it will become a shared traffic route for a short period.
  • During this period the existing controlled barrier at the entrance will be permanently patrolled by a Gate Person who will control traffic in and out.

Aramark Catering Survey
by Adam Udall - Wednesday, 30 April 2014, 01:48 PM

Help us to enhance your catering facilities and food & drinks offer at Hertford Regional College; share your views via the survey link below;

We’re really keen to understand what food and drink you like and what you think about the on-site catering facilities (at both the Broxborne and Ware sites). It doesn’t matter how often or which facilities you use; we want to hear the views of those who don’t use them as much as what the regulars think.

Your responses will remain anonymous and won’t be linked back to you personally; they will be averaged together with other responses. As a thank you for your participation you will receive a free hot/cold drink at one of our outlets, to access your drink, you will need to complete and submit the survey.

Many thanks for your time and help, it is really appreciated.

Every Department has a Student Council Representative and Deputy. They meet with HRC Managers every month to raise whole College issues on behalf of the students in their Department.

We've created a new Student Reps News area on the Moodle home page (top left) so the Reps can keep you posted on what's new.
